Tomahawk offers a variety of programs designed for those older Scouts who might be looking to get a bit more than the standard camp experience. From more challenging merit badges to canoe trips on the St. Croix river, there's something exciting for everyone. Please review our catalog of programs below. 


Registration Instructions

  1. To request placement in one of the programs above first go to the Summer Camp Management System (SCMS)
  2. Log into SCMS. If you don't have a log in contact your unit camping coordinator.
  3. Enter the youth you wish to request placement for into your unit roster.
  4. Go to the "Register for Program Page". Select the youth's name from the drop down.
  5. Select the program(s) you would like to request placement for
  6. Check back later to view placement status

Registration Timeline

  1. April 1st to noon on April 14th: Open request peroid
  2. April 14th at noon to April 15th at noon: Registration is closed for program placement review. Oldest youth and venturers are placed into programs first. Ties in ages are broken by rank. 
  3. April 15th until camp starts: Program requests are now first come first served. Requests are reviewed every two weeks and placement status is updated every two weeks.

Payment Timeline

  1. There is no deposit for older Scout programs. However, there is a $25 no show fee applied to your unit account if one of your youth should not show up to a program they have been placed into. Cancelations must be made 30 days before camp to avoid a no show fee. 
  2. Full Payment for program is due along with full payment for camp fee on June 1st.
