Camp Fees

We are happy to see that you are considering making a reservation for Tomahawk Scout Reservation! Below are instructions and links to several documents that will help you to make a reservation.

2018 Fees 

The Tomahawk Boy Scout program is an entire week long, running from Saturday afternoon until the following Saturday morning. The total cost differs based on your meal plan, either "full" or "limited" service.

The following is included with your Limited or Full Service at Chippewa Camp, Sioux Camp, or White Pine Camp:

  • Two person canvas wall tents for all campers
  • 1 cot for each camper
  • Picnic tables
  • Canvas tarps
  • Bear-proof storage
  • Troop latrine and water supply
  • Maintenance and utilities
  • Services of the program, medical, and administrative staff

We don't charge to rent out any of our equipment! It is all included in your reservation fee.

Full Service Meal Plan

The Full Service plan includes prepared meals for all campers and leaders from Saturday Dinner through the following Saturday Breakfast. Wednesday meals are provided uncooked for the troop to prepare and serve.

  • $302.00* per camper
  • $128.00* per Adult leader

*Fee includes an additional $2 Wisconsin food tax per person

Limited Service Meal Plan

Limited Service units provide their own food for the week. Milk, bread and ice are available for purchase at camp.

  • $252.00 per camper
  • $76.00 per adult leader


Payment Timeline: 

  1. $100.00 non-refundable campsite deposit made at time of the reservation.
  2. $25.00 per Scout deposit (non-refundable) due on or before April 15, 2018.
  3. All payments are due on June 1st, prior to camp.
  4. Any incidentals incurred at camp will be due upon checkout.

Final billing worksheet will be mailed in May to assist with final payment.

Fee Schedule:

  • $302.00 per Scout if registered for camp prior to April 15th
  • $312.00 per Scout if registered for camp after April 15th 
  • $128.00 per Adult Leader


*New Scouts (1st year Scouts) joining the troop after April 15th will be charged the lower rate.
