We accept and sort daily deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carrier services. Please remind parents that it takes a minimum of three days for mail to reach Tomahawk, so write early. Mail is then delivered to your troop or crew's mailbox. Packages are left near the mailboxes for pickup.

Stamps are available for purchase at camp. Each sub-camp has an outgoing mailbox that is picked up each morning. Scouts should consider sending a postcard home to their friends or family to celebrate the experience.
Internet Service
Complimentary wireless internet is available any time at the Welcome Center. Internet is also available at Central Services, though is unavailable during meal times on Monday and after dinner on Friday due to our Arrow of Light campers using this space .
Phone
Tomahawk has one telephone, located at the Central Services front desk. Some campsites are over two miles away from this location. For this reason, we always recommend finding a staff member in case of an emergency.
Emergency Phone Messages can be accepted at 612-261-2455. Callers should be prepared to leave the individual's name, unit number, and campsite. Due to distance to campsites and unit schedules, it may take several hours for a message to reach the intended participant.
Cellular coverage at Tomahawk varies by carrier. In general, AT&T is available across all of camp and Verizon has the next best coverage. Most other carries are going to have very limited service in and around Tomahawk. In order to preserve the wilderness character of camp, we ask unit leaders to limit cell phone usage and to not allow youth to use phones.
